"I just wanted to take the time to let you know that what you are doing
is great. You are doing such a wonderful job and I want to thank you
from the bottom of my heart. Being bipolar it's great to know that
there is someone out there who cares as much as you do."

"This site is so amazing.....and at this moment I am touched that the people who truly love us want us to be all we can.
I was not correctly dx'd with bp 1 until I was 28, I have several other things that I like to call additives, hehehe. I was dx with ptsd at age 20, they just missed the bipolar for some time. And later the SAD and GAD was diagnosed as well.
I am a mom of a 17 yr old man/child, a peer support specialist and advocate, a writer of poetry, I am trying to learn to paint and best of all I am very happy with my life. It has not always been easy but taking an active part in your treatment and surrounding yourself with people who support you is what makes me live a blessed life.
We have an art gallery in out city called Art Beyond Boundaries, and all the artists have some type of disability....its an amazing place. Places like that and the work you are doing helps to erase stigma.
You are a peach"

"I am an artist with bipolar, and know I suffered from this as a child as well. I have a better handle on it now and my need to create is now understood. It's what keeps me balanced and sane. My childhood was sheer hell for the most part and I now have a 9-year-old who seems to be living a very happy childhood, which makes me very happy.
I'm glad you are here.
Cheers, "

"We have been down this road with our son, so you have our prayerful
support. May the Lord bless your efforts to shine His marvelous light
on this subject.
